Refund Policy

If DisplayPilot Pro isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason.
How to ask for a refund
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or look up your order at paddle.net, Paddle's buyer support site.
- Or email us with the email address you bought with.
Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
After a refund
We revoke the license code, and DisplayPilot goes back to the free version with 1 saved profile. You can keep using the free version.
After 14 days
Contact us anyway. We may still help case by case, for example if Pro doesn't work with your Mac and we can't fix it.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. See also Paddle's Refund Policy, which applies to orders it processes.
